Hello and thanks for stopping by "Bexcellence.org" business excellence website ; brought to you by Yasser Khodier
I'm excited to have you here with me today. If you are already a member, go ahead and log in. If you are not a member (yet) I want to talk with you for a moment. I promise not to take too much of your time.
You did not arrive here by chance. I don't believe in chances. I trust everything happens for a reason. But every once in a while we stagger upon something that makes us re-think our destiny.
Think back to how you met your wife or significant other. Think about the best job you've ever had. Think about the first time you dreamed of a great business .
So let me ask you:
Are you frustrated with your lack of business success thus far?
Sick and tired of all the different products and strategies that don't work? Me too. I've been there and sometimes I felt like screaming. I've done that a few times too. I get crazy. I get crazy because I see hard working people with a dream of achieve business excellence (who trust others to guide them) fail over and over again because they just can't seem to make it work.
They're not lazy... just spinning their wheels. They're not stupid... just misinformed. They don't want to "fix it quick"... just slowly improve.
If you are tired of all the information overload going on all over the web, tired of every shiny new object that comes along, tired of all the gurus, " fix it quick " crowd, and you are willing to do the work and want to achieve excellence in business, you may want to consider joining us at "Bexcellence.org".
Go ahead and join now .
For service-oriented and other types of company, the business model could be somewhat different. However, for every company, there is always a "core operation," and a number of other supportive operation.
For example :
The core operation of an automobile company is to produce cars, and the core operation of Starbucks is to provide coffee service throughout the world.
The Figure listed several other typical elements needed in order to make a company fully operational, such as the business process and business management.
"The success of the company depends on the successes of all aspects of business operation".
Before Business Excellence , quality was narrowly defined as the quality of product or service of the company provided to external customers; therefore, it relates only to the core operation.
Clearly, from the point of view of a business leader, this "quality" is only part of the story, because other critical factors for business success, such as cost, profit, time to market, and capital acquisition, are also related to other aspects of business operation.
